What started as a solo freelance journey quickly turned into a movement. Our founder, frustrated with reactive support and churn-heavy retention practices, set out to prove that world-class customer care could be accessible, agile, and deeply aligned with SaaS goals.

After working with dozens of startups and growing SaaS platforms, it became clear that companies need more than tools and tickets.
